Tender Description
NHS England seeks to commission Board and SIRO cybersecurity training for NHS Boards and Executives. This training is essential for ensuring cyber resilience within NHS organisations and equipping key leadership roles with the necessary skills to handle cyber threats effectively.
The contract will be for 1 year, with the option to extend for a further year, subject to budget and demand.
Scope of Procurement
The Cyber Operations function within NHS England provides cybersecurity training across the health and care sector. This procurement focuses on two executive-level training services:
✔ SIRO & Deputy SIRO Training
Designed for Senior Information Risk Owners (SIROs) and Deputy SIROs within NHS organisations. Covers essential cybersecurity knowledge, governance, and risk management. Strengthens cyber resilience and leadership within NHS structures.
✔ Board Training
Aimed at NHS Executive Board members. Enhances understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, risk management, and compliance with regulations. Helps foster a cybersecurity-conscious organisational culture.
Supplier Requirements
✔ Must Hold A Valid NCSC Certification
✔ Proven Experience In Delivering Cybersecurity Training At An Executive Level
✔ Ability To Align Training With NHS Governance And Compliance Frameworks
