Milton Keynes City Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure high-quality home care services for adults and children within its jurisdiction. This DPS is conducted in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015), offering a flexible, streamlined framework for providers to deliver tailored care solutions.

The DPS will consist of two lots:

  • Lot 1: Adults’ Home Care Services.

  • Lot 2: Children’s Home Care Services.

Providers are invited to submit applications for one or both lots, ensuring services meet the council’s goals of enabling independence, improving well-being, and delivering exceptional standards of care.
