Tender Description

In partnership with NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board and NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board, Surrey County Council is inviting tenders for their Care and Support with Community Accommodation Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This framework is focused on providing essential care and housing for individuals with varying levels of support needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

Providers committed to innovation, person-centred care, and high-quality service delivery are encouraged to apply.

Scope of SCC DW Short Breaks

The DPS is divided into several lots to meet different care and support needs:

  Lot 1: Level 1 LDA (Learning Disabilities and Autism) Supported Independent Living
• 
  Lot 2: Level 2 LDA Supported Independent Living
• 
  Lot 3: Level 1 PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) Supported Independent Living
• 
  Lot 4: Level 2 PBS Supported Independent Living
• 
  Lot 5: Level 1 Mental Health – A Place to Call Home
• 
  Lot 6: Level 2 Mental Health – A Place to Call Home
• 
  Lot 7: Level 2 Mental Health Support to Recover
